Taking its inspiration from some of the artist’s favorite places in the Red River Gorge, Red River Parade is a landscape swirl of water and roots. John Lackey is a painter, printmaker and writer. Recent projects include wood engravings for A Short History of The Present and Abraham Lincoln of Kentucky. He has created posters for the band Wilco and has created murals for several restaurants.
