Nightmare was inspired by Vincent
Van Gogh’s Starry Night –one of the most well-known and most-replicated images
in modern culture. Artist Christy M. Conner used stained glass mosaic to replicate
the famous painting. Shades of blue, purple, green, yellow, orange, black
and white stained glass swirl over the horse, from head to tail. Conner has
a B.A. in Arts from Eastern Kentucky University and owns Plaid Rabbit Designs
in Richmond, KY.
