Egyptian Treasure alludes to the
value the Egyptian culture places on their horses, as well as the value and
importance placed on ancient Egyptian artifacts. The Egyptians have created
rich trappings for horses throughout the centuries, as reflected on this horse
by Shirley Gentry. She utilized a traditional Egyptian color palette. Gentry
has decorated live horses for more than 20 years with the Kentucky Horse Park
Parade of Breeds.
